YogaForce Simple Alignment Class®: Annie teaches a class that focuses on proper body alignment to help improve your yoga poses and prevent injuries. This class is challenging as the poses are held for an extended period of time to get deep into the muscle tissues. Annie's teaching philosophy emphasizes the benefits of strength, balance, mobility, deep breathing and energy to create a leaner appearance and a greater sense of overall well-being.
