Follow Your Soul with Elizabeth Scheer Yoga Class Sweet beats fill the air as you flow along with the calling of your body and soul. Although minimal instruction will provide guidance on where to go next, how you get there is completely up to your creative expression! In this class, the teacher and students flow together, introducing innovative transitions and other experimentation that students can integrate into their personal practices. An understanding of basic vinyasa is recommended for this playful and energizing ending to your week.
