CLASS FULL 90 Minutes of Vinyasa Yoga with live music! For over 10 years now the Colony Yoga at the Colony Hotel has hosted Yoga with live music every Sunday. With a large group of like minded yogis we will set an intention, connect with our breath, invite movement into our body, and allow the music to take us on a journey unlike any other. This unique yoga experience is for all levels.
