Join Trent from Rise31 our Center Stage Sponsor and one of South Florida's only gyms to offer in-trinity board classes.  In-Trinity is a unique elevated practice which redefines the training environment.  It breathes new life into traditional yoga, Pilates, and martial art with opportunities for movement below the board.  In-Trinity accesses development of the mind and body through movement while building strength, deepening flexibility, and improving balance, coordination, and agility.  The "energy-in" practice promotes both physical and mental well-being for all fitness levels.

Trent currently teaches at RISE31 (Delray Beach) and Yoga Home (Pompano Beach). He is an ex college football player turned yogi, who enjoys spreading the the gifts that yoga has given him with anyone who wants to join. Expect a upbeat vinyasa class with and a good time.
