Yoga hOMe's® VinYin Yoga® begins with an all levels moving fluid asana practice (Vinyasa) to increase flexibility, warm and strengthen the muscles and bring presence to the mat. Once achieved the class moves into a balanced experience of supported stretching (Yin) that will lengthen the muscles to support release of toxins and stress. This practice is a beautiful balance supporting the countless benefits of a healing yoga practice. Class will wrap with a beautiful guided meditation.
