Reduce stress, relax, and rejuvenate as you are guided in a deep, powerful meditation. This ancient form of "sleep-like" meditation  known as Yoga Nidra offers many positive emotional, physical, and spiritual benefits. This meditation can be done laying down or sitting up. All you have to do is close your eyes!

It is easy and requires no experience. ALL levels welcome.

WORKSHOP Let's Talk About Meditation - Maleah Wilson
I know I should meditate buuuuuutttt.......My minds to busy, i can't slow it down, i don't have time, i can't sit still, Sound familiar? Meditation is a muscle for our mind and we have to train it! We aren't given very many tools on how to do it, so let me give you a few different techniques to add to your tool box so you can begin to empower yourself. In our time together we will explore different types of meditation, allowing you to delve into what will allow you to step away from the inner conversations we all hold with ourselves. We will discuss the benefits of a meditation practice, how to start meditating, and when to use the different techniques. This class will allow you to try out a couple different styles and then answer any questions that might arise. You will leave class with multiple techniques to continue to use and explore deeper at your own pace.
