Felice Minkin is a RYT200 yoga instructor, meditation teacher and Holistic Health Coach at ByFelice Wellness and Casa Mannabliss. She has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, meditating for 15 years and teaching for 10 years. She guides people to create alignment in the mind and body and to connect with their essence, which is Pure Love, by teaching them to listen and trust themselves so they can heal. She incorporates yoga, meditation, breath, nutrition, self-care, mind-set, body awareness, beliefs and language.
