Tamara Zontini

Yoga Director
Boca Raton, Florida
Tamara has been practicing the art of Yoga for 18 years. Her very first Yoga class was on the very morning of her wedding day, 18 years ago in 2001. From that strong, grounded and peaceful moment, she was hooked. Tamara has now been teaching yoga for the last 7 of the 18 years.

She began her teaching career, teaching yoga to children ages 2-18. She then also began teaching yoga to athletes, ballet dancers, elderly and people with disabilities, teaching them a modified form of yoga and yoga for rehabilitation. Her yoga journey then led her to work with students of all levels and abilities in yoga studios all over Palm Beach and Broward county. She helps students, from beginner to advanced, to develop and strengthen their practice and take it to the next level not just physically but also helping her students strengthen their mental stamina and clarity of mind and spirit.

Tamara teaches a range of classes from the movement-based practice called Vinyasa Flow, to strong Hatha, Power yoga, Yoga Barre, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, the yoga of sound sleep. She is currently training in Trauma informed yoga program that will equip her with the necessary tools to help students who are suffering from trauma, depression and shock and she guides her students to a healthy yoga practice that will build resiliency and establish greater self regulation. Tamara guides you through a strong practice to a deep meditative rest and self-realization.

She is very excited about RISE 31. She is especially looking forward to incorporating the new equipment, Matrix In-trinity, available at RISE 31 to give a new level of dimension, challenge, intensity and excitement to her classes.

Tamara loves to spend quality time with her husband of 18 years and 3 children, traveling, spending time in nature and visiting local hotspots. Something you may not know about Tamara is that she is a self-taught artist and looks forward to every free moment to paint and be creative.
